Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you're not happy with your DormDoc College Medical Kit, please contact us before initiating a return, we'd love the chance to make it right first. We want happy customers, not just completed transactions.

Return Window
Returns are accepted for a full refund within 30 days of your tracking delivery date.

How to Start a Return
Contact us through our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with instructions on how to proceed.

Condition for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items should be unused and in the same condition you received them, with original packaging where possible.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your kit arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us right away with a photo of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
